Justin Bieber Arresting Officer Talks Miami Incident on SNL – WATCH VIDEO
Justin Bieber’s arrest in Miami was not surprisingly mocked on "SNL." Frank Medina (Kenan Thompson), the officer who "arrested" The Biebs, talked about the incident, noting that the singer's constant F-bombs were like being "barked at by a puppy who smells like Smirnoff Ice."
