Their impact on American popular music is undeniable and The Beatles were honored with a star-studded tribute on Monday night (January 27).
“The Night That Changed America: A Grammy Salute to the Beatles” took over the Los Angeles Convention Center as Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr teamed up with a plethora of today’s top musicians.
John Mayer and Keith Urban had a blast with their dueling guitars while Brad Paisley and Pharrell Williams joined forces for some aural magic.
Adam Levine, Anna Kendrick, Chrissy Teigen, John Legend, Katy Perry, Tom Hanks, and Johnny Depp all made it out for the monumental event as well, smiling and posing for the shutterbugs.
Other big names on the guest list included LL Cool J, Kate Beckinsale, Jeff Bridges, Dave Grohl and Alicia Keys.
Meanwhile, Ed Sheeran prepped for his big moment on the stage with a silly tweet- “Playing a gig with the Beatles tonight. Casual.”
