Getting in some quality time with his little guy Mason Disick, Scott Disick ran a few errands in Beverly Hills on Friday (January 31).
The father-of-two sported a green shirt and light washed jeans as he and his adorable son dropped by Barneys New York clothing store.
Meanwhile, Scott's girlfriend and mother of Mason Kourtney is facing some serious drama as the Kardashian family slam step-mother Ellen in deposition over the late Robert Kardashian's diaries.
Earlier this month, Kourtney's sisters Kim and Khloe Kardashian reportedly called Ellen a "slippery snake" and refused to hold back when it came to their negative opinion of Robert's widow during the proceedings.
"Yeah, I dislike her," Kim stated. "I think that she - I don't agree with her decisions as of late. And I didn't agree with her decisions when she wouldn't give us back property or ever since she married my father, I haven't agreed with her decisions.
Miss Kardashian continued, "More recently, after she sold the diaries. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt when they got married, thinking, like, okay, she’s trying to push us out, she got married, you know, she has an agenda."
I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she was grieving and have a hard time, but her actions proved otherwise," she added.
The family of Ellen's late husband is suing her for $500,000 in damages and also claims she sold their belongings to a number of magazine publishers after Robert's death.
