The nanny that they have have chosen to take care of the Kimye baby is the same nurse that helped Kim's sister Kourtney Kardashian with her second child. Kim said before birth that she didn't want any nannies to help her with her first child, but she changed her mind due to her and Kanyes busy schedules.
