Robert Pattinson Throws Party At His House — Kristen Stewart Not There

Who knew R-Patz was such a party planner!? On June 22, the ‘Twilight’ actor threw a ‘Great Gatsby’ blowout filled with industry types for his director friend, Nick Jarecki’s birthday. K-Stew was nowhere to be found — did she even get an invite? HollywoodLife.com has all the EXCLUSIVE details.

We’ve never thought of this, but Robert Pattinson does make a pretty convincing Jay Gatsby. The actor did his best impression on June 22, hosting an extravagant theme party at his Los Feliz, Calif. house to celebrate Arbitrage director, Nick Jarecki’s 34th birthday.

The soiree appeared to be a glamorous affair, full of big names from the showbiz industry, all donning their best 1920′s suits and flapper outfits to fit the Great Gatsby party theme.

Entertainment attorney Vladimir Radovanov attended the party and tweeted out a couple pictures with his friend, documentary filmmaker Ondi Timoner. “With hot @onditimoner at a partay for @nickjareki at Robbie Pattinson’s. It’s not just her films that rock,” he tweeted, and then later sent out, “A Great Gatsby night w @onditimoner good times!”

Nick, whose real birthday is actually June 25, was the guest of honor at the shindig. Both Rob and Nick have been seen supporting one another before, each attending the other’s events for their movies, Arbitrage and Cosmopolis in 2012.

Singer/songwriter, Todd Michael Schultz was also on hand for the party, and revealed some major details exclusively to HollywoodLife.com. “It was a really good party,” he said. “It was in Rob’s backyard — he had catered tacos. Dianne Warren, the songwriter, was there. Warren Beatty was there chilling. Lisa Zane sang a few songs. It was all smart people — trust me, the best people, from beginning to end.”

That end didn’t come for awhile according to Todd — the partygoers at Rob’s raged on well into the morning: “I got home at 3 or 4 a.m. The party was just dwindling when I left,” Todd says.

But perhaps most interesting was the little detail Todd revealed on Twitter: “Kristen Stewart was not at the party as far as I know…”

Either K-Stew was a no-show, perhaps still on her road trip with friends, or Rob’s invitation to her “got lost in the mail.” But the fact that she didn’t go to maybe the biggest party Rob’s ever thrown is just further proof that these two are remaining independent, doing their own things.

Rob’s such a chill, laid back guy; we’re thrilled to see him play the role of gregarious party host for once! And from the sound of it, he did a pretty swell job!
