Video! Miley Cyrus Caught Criminal Paparazzi On Tape!

Miley Cyrus has said she's okay with paparazzis taking her pictures, but this time she's had it. Miley started filming a photographer who she claims parked at a handicap spot, just for taking pictures of her. She also mentions how the photographer was driving like crazy chasing her before, and how she feared she or her dogs would get hit by the car. ”Lost 2 already this year, don’t wanna go through that again", she says in the video.
