Lucy Hale: Fashion Failure Or Absolutely Fabulous?

We spotted Lucy Hale in a trendy outfit at the grand opening of Henri Bendel at the Fashion Show Mall in Las Vegas. Lucy was glowing and she wore a very trendy outfit that included both lace and a leather skirt. But trendy isn't always the same as cool - so it's up to you: hot or not?
