Kim Kardashian wore a custom Givenchy Haute Couture wedding dress when she married Kanye West in Florence on Saturday. Givenchy creative director Riccardo Tisci confirmed that Kardashian had a dress fitting with him earlier this week. The white lace gown features handmade lace work and sheer paneling.
