Miley Cyrus Gets Emergency Restraining Order Against Fan!

Miley Cyrus received an emergency restraining order this weekend against a fan who has threatened to kill himself unless he meets her. The 24-year-old man was arrested by LAPD and has been put under hold at a psychiatric facility. Court documents said he would "not stop seeking Cyrus until she accepts him or he dies."

Cyrus has now received an emergency restraining order against him, and he's been ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from the star. A hearing to extend the stay-away order for three years is scheduled for June 16.
