Cheryl Walker claims 15-year-old Meadow's mother, Rebecca Soteros, is battling alcoholism, and cannot take care of her teenage daughter. The Fast and the Furious star, who died in a car crash in November last year, stated he wanted his mother to be Meadow's guardian, in case he died early.
