According to Radar Online, the 26-year-old actor and his bodyguard were involved in a full-on brawl with at least three other people on March 23 around midnight. The police broke up the fight, and there were no arrests since the police viewed it as a mutual combat.
Efron claims he was in the neighborhod because he run out of as and was waiting for a tow truck to arrive. The incident sparked the rumor that Efron, who went to rehab last year because of his cocaine addiction, may have relapsed since Skid Row is known for its' drug trade.
