Justin Bieber Under Fire for Graffiti; Mayor Asks Him for Christmas Carols in Return
Justin Bieber is in more graffiti trouble. The performer, who upset authorities in Brazil after tagging a wall while in Rio earlier this month, is now under fire for painting a colorful cartoon mural near a tennis court at the QT Hotel in Gold Coast, Australia.
