Sydney may look like Kristen, but sources to Radar Online say she's nothing like her. "She's down to earth, really energetic, uplifting, wheras Kristen is so somber and tomboyish", one source tells. "Sydney's a great match for Rob!".

Robert and Sydney met when she was hired to train him for his upcoming role in Mission: Blacklist. "She started training him and they were connecting really well. Rob invited her out". Rob and Sydney have been spotted at several parties lately, and he's presented her as his girlfriends to his friends.
