WATCH: Lindsay Lohan Alleged Hit-And-Run Footage (VIDEO)
Lindsay Lohan was arrested in New York early Wednesday after she allegedly hit a pedestrian with her Porsche. Now, grainy footage of the incident has emerged that shows the actress' car may have only grazed — or possibly never even touched — her accuser. Take a look at the surveillance video here.
