Bruce Springsteen has reached out to his wide fan base in the hopes of helping locate a missing Boston College student. The singer posted messages on his Twitter and Facebook accounts Wednesday about 21-year-old Franco Garcia, who has not been seen since he left a Boston bar on February 22.
