Miley Cyrus' Bangerz Tour is one of the most anticipated treks of 2014, promising "imaginative animals" a wardrobe by Marc Jacobs and Jeremy Scott and, hopefully, backup dancers dressed as cornstalks.

Yet, here's something you probably wouldn't expect: It will also be educational. That's right Smilers, the "Adore" you singer wants you to pay close attention when you see her in action starting February 14 in Vancouver, because you may actually learn something.

"I hope people open their minds and they look at my tour as something that I do feel is educational for kids," Cyrus told MTV News on Thursday. "Because I think a lot of people aren't exposed to art enough and that's something that I had to learn about. It wasn't until I turned 21 that I wanted to learn because I'm from Nashville, that is not something that they care about they pretty much teach you everything in the world as black and white and I want my fans to walk away knowing more about the art that inspires me."

And with the help of "Ren & Stimpy" creator John Kricfalusi, Miley will bring that art to life as she perfectly calculates every detail of this tour to "really tell a story."

"It's a lot how a play would be and we've got kind of these intermissions to keep people really involved and what I wanted is for people to see a show that they would least expect," Cyrus explained. "It is fun for people to walk out and be like 'Oh my god did she just do that?' but there's so much that I do love about shock value, but then I really want there to be that core about the music."
