If there is one Ultra Music Festival mantra that's persevered over the event's history, one could safely say it's "Go big or go home." In 15 years, the party has ballooned in size, taking in more than 200,000 fans last year alone in one weekend. In 2013, fans will be treated to a double dose now that the city has approved a second consecutive weekend at UMF's home, Miami's Bayfront Park.

Alesso, Eric Prydz, Hardwell, Luciano, Porter Robinson, Steve Aoki, Skrillex and Boys Noize (as Dog Blood), and Fedde Le Grand are among the electronic music stars most recently announced as DJs at this year's affair. They will join Above & Beyond, Knife Party, David Guetta, Richie Hawtin, Afrojack, Avicii, Carl Cox, Tiësto and others. The biggest DJs in the world are set to divide their time between Ultra's Main Stage and the gigantic Mega Structure.

A handful of mainstream acts who will surely broaden UMF's appeal were revealed Friday (January 25). Snoop Dogg, The Weeknd, Azealia Banks and Sleigh Bells are set to perform on Ultra's newly revamped Live Stage.

"We've never put so much time and effort into programming an event as we have for this year's Ultra Music Festival," UMF executive ptoducer Adam Russakoff said in a press release. "We truly hope everybody attending this year will value and more importantly enjoy the unique experience we've worked so hard to create."

Some might say raising the bar from last year's affair will be difficult, what with the addition of a new LED ceiling, Aoki caking and boat riding a sea of 50,000 fans, and Madonna joining Avicii for his headlining set. But so far, it appears Russakoff and founder and co-executive producer Russell Faibisch are on track to do so.

UMF sent shockwaves through the dance music community recently when it was revealed that deadmau5, absent from the festival last year, would be returning in '13, for both weekends. Joel Zimmerman, aka deadmau5, had aimed slights at the fest for lack of control and DJ performance congestion last year. But it seems all has been settled, and one can only wonder if the 'mau5 will debut the new crazy live stage show he's been teasing on Twitter.

Swedish House Mafia's, One Last Tour, it appears, is set for "One Last UMF." In 2010 the Swedes established their stadium swagger with a behemoth performance at Ultra's Main Stage, which was commemorated in their popular "Take One" documentary. After two years away throwing their own Masquerade Motel mini-festivals, in March SHM will say goodbye where it all began.

Sven Väth, the Bloody Beetroots, Boys Noize, Kaskade, Loco Dice, Dirty South, Thievery Corporation, Hot Chip, Matt & Kim, Rudimental, Crystal Castles, Yeasayer, and Booka Shades are among those set to perform at Bayfront Park March 15 through 17 and March 22 to 24.
