Are Kim Kardashian & Kanye West Getting Ready For Kids?!

Family fun! We spotted Kanye West hanging out with the Kardashian family in Los Angeles. They went to a baby boutique, buying stuff for the little ones. But are Kim an Kanye actually practicing having kids on their own? We know Kim loves her little nephew Mason Disick, and we've heard that Kanye is ready for having Kim carry his child too. We know Kim could be a great mom, she love kids!
