Matthew Fox Assault Lawsuit Dropped By Bus Driver
Matthew Fox is no longer being sued by Heather Bormann, the Cleveland bus driver who alleged he punched her in the groin last August. Bormann, who sought more than $25,000 in damages for assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress, has quietly withdrawn her suit.
