Lindsay Lohan Off Of Formal Probation!

Well she did it! Kinda... Lilo has completed her formal probation requirements and she is now a semi-free lady! The judge presiding over the case, Stephanie Sautner, took Lindsay off of probation for her 2007 DUI case because Lindsay completed all of the terms of her probation. If she hadn't done so she would've gone to jail for 270 days!

Regarding the necklace stealing case, Lindsay is off of formal probation and she is now on informal probation which means she has to obey all of the all laws, all of the time for the next 2.5 years. Judge Sautner told Lilo, "stop nightclubbing and focus on your work." Seems easy enough... if you aren't Lindsay Lohan. Anyways, we're pretty sure Lindsay can do this. We still believe in her! (tmz)
