Britney Spears' Fiance, Jason Trawick, Is Her New Caretaker

Britney Spears' fiance, Jason Trawick, is officially her new conservator- he just received the legal power to control her financial affairs. Britney's dad, Jamie, and Jason filed the petition earlier this month asking to add Jason on as a co-conservator. As a co-conservator he is empowered to help decide how Britney will earn and spend her money.

While this may seem strange, Britney has been under a conservator since February 2008. Her father was granted control after she was hospitalized. We don't think Jason is a bad guy and we really hope that he will take good care of Britney's money. We wonder how Jason will spend Britney's $15 million deal with X Factor!? (tmz)
