Joining the ranks of other celeb moms, the "Vamps" star penned "The Kind Mama: A Simple Guide to Supercharged Fertility, a Radiant Pregnancy, a Sweeter Birth, and a Healthier, More Beautiful Beginning."
Among the thing sin the book drawing ire are Silverstone's implications that vaccines are dangerous, that tampons cause infertility and that diet is the cause of post-partum depression. She also advocates getting rid of diapers.
Her detractors claim that her tips can be medically dangerous and are not practical for the average family.
