Miley Cyrus Celebrates 21st Birthday With Darker Eyebrows and Beloved Dogs (PICS)
Miley Cyrus is marking her 21st birthday on Saturday, and the early celebration following a burglary at her house has been very low-key. The pop star began the day by tweeting, "Soooooo close to birrrrfdayyyyy time thank you @marcjacobsintl for my early bday pressie ❤️❤️❤️." She included a picture (see left) in which her eyebrows have returned to brown after a much-scrutinized midweek bleaching.
