Justin Bieber was arrested for DUI last month in Miami. The Florida State Attorney has offered him a plea deal to avoid facing up to nine months jail. The prosecutor is now willing to drop the charges if he undergoes 40 hours of community service, attends an alcohol ed class and a 'victim impact panel', where family members of DUI victims share their stories, reports TMZ.
The 19-year old star must also have an ignition interlock device in his car for three months and do regular drug testing for nine months, which means he is required to remain sober during this time. Bieber is scheduled to appear in court in Miami on March 3.
