How Much Kanye West Paid To Settle Case With Battery Victim!

Kanye West was accused of beating up a guy in a waiting room of a Beverly Hills chiropractor earlier this month, and now Kanye and the victim has settled the case, without heading to court. The 18-year-old man who got assaulted by Kanye reportedly got more than $250,000.

The young man, who allegedly yelled racial comments at Kanye's fiancé Kim Kardashian which made Kane furious, is satisfied enough with the settlement and will not go forward with a criminal prosecution.
