Riddick Beating Butler For Weekend Crown
The Vin Diesel sci-fi action flick Riddick is cruising toward a box office victory during a slow weekend. It is expected to earn about $18 million to top three-time winner Lee Daniels' The Butler, which should come in second place with about $8.2 million. According to early estimates, pot smuggling comedy We're The Millers should be #3 at $7.5 million or so.
