In this tiresome sequel, a bunch of self-admiring superannuated CIA assassins left over from the cold war go around the world chasing a renegade comrade who stole a nuclear device back in 1979 and smuggled it into the Soviet Union. The jokes come thick and flat; the action ends with the explosion of an atom bomb somewhere over the North Sea.
