One Direction Star Zayn Malik Is Engaged!

Sorry Directioners, but now Zayn Malik is taken for good. The 20-year-old star has proposed to his longtime girlfriend Perrie Edwards, 20, this weekend and now they're getting ready to tie the knot. "It was so romantic - Zayn popped the question over the weekend when they were alone", one source says, who also confirms they're engaged.

"It's one of the first weekends they've spent with each other as they've both been on tours with their bands. He wanted to wait for the perfect moment", the source continued. Zayn and Perrie have been dating since 2011. Perrie wore her engagement ring yesterday in public, at the premiere of 1D: This Is Us.
