Elton John will be back later on in 2013, because right now he's recovering from appendicitis. The singer, who regularly performs over 120 concerts per year, is forced to cancel several shows due to his condition. "Elton is incredibly disappointed to postpone these tour date", a post on his official website says. Elton will continue his tour in September.
