Proving once again that she ‘can’t be tamed,’ Miley Cyrus has been accused of criminal battery stemming from a weekend outing gone wrong.
According to a report, the “Party in the USA” singer and her fiancé Liam Hemsworth were at Beacher’s Madhouse in the Roosevelt Hotel when they had a run-in with some of the patrons.
A man claiming to be the victim says that he accidentally bumped Liam’s chair, causing Hemsworth and Cyrus to overreact and start a scuffle.
Miley has been accused of shoving the complainant and hitting him in the face, though an eyewitness said that Cyrus never struck anyone.
