Jay-Z’s Club Shut Down for Health Code Violations
Jay-Z’s 40/40 club in New York was shut down for health code violations after inspectors uncovered a number of major problems just one day after the venue reopened. The city's Health Department gave the club 69 violation points following a Thursday inspection that discovered inadequate refrigeration, mishandling of food, and a host of other issues.
