Why is the FDA Discriminating Against Gay Men? (ContributorNetwork)

ContributorNetwork - COMMENTARY | The Federal Drug Administration is discriminating against gay men. Homosexual males who have had even one same-sex sexual encounter are deemed too high-risk to donate blood to the American Red Cross. This libertarian, fiscally conservative voter simply does not understand how a gay guy in a committed relationship boasts a higher risk of HIV infected blood that a heterosexual hottie who hooks up with multiple women or a backseat hopping high school girls.
