Niall Horan was hurt on stage when performing in Amsterdam yesterday. The One Direction star now begs fans not to throw things on stage - since that's what hurt him.

"Amsterdam, thank you for a great couple of shows! Appreciate you coming," he wrote. "Also guys! Can you limit what gets thrown on stage please! Coz somethin thrown at me tonight! Hit my knee! A lot of pain from it!," the star continued. Horan said he didn't wanna complain, but that he had knee surgery only five months ago and is scared about getting hurt again. It is not known what kind of item hit him.
