Before hitting the red carpet this evening for the season three premiere of "Girls," Lena Dunham made a stop at "Good Morning America" on Monday morning (January 6).
The HBO series' creator looked white hot in skinny jeans, black heels and a matching black and white blazer as she gave fans a sneak peek at the upcoming season.
"We start the season off and Hannah is in a better place than we have ever seen her before," Lena said. "She's in a committed relationship, she has a book deal, and she has promised to put in the work."
Talking about how she comes up with the struggles in the show while she lives a more glamorous real life, Dunham says, "I think that there is something about the struggle of finding yourself struggle of feeling like you have a place in the world, feeling connected, it's really universal."
"Girls" returns to HBO on January 12th with two back-to-back episodes, but check out the sneak peek in the player below!
