Justin Bieber is avoiding his mother, Pattie Mallette. The teen heartrob, who was arrested yesterday for DUI, has a very tense relationship with his mom at the moment, who's trying to make him seek help at a rehab facility.

"Justin is not listening to his mother and he's been trying to avoid dealing with her ", a source told MailOnline. "Pattie is genuinely very concerned about her son. She's been very sad and worried over the past few weeks".

The source also say many people around Bieber are trying to talk to him into getting help. "He says he doesn't need it and it's very upsetting for Pattie. We are at a point where he's around people who are terrible influences, but ultimately, he's about to be 20 on March 1 and you have to make your own decisions. He can't be forced to go to rehab".

Bieber's manager, Scooter Braun, is also threatening to quit, unless the star seeks help in the near future.
