Paris Hilton has spoken out about how she's constantly paranoid after being attacked in the past in an interview with Sunday Times. "I fear someone coming up behind me or out the crowd", she admitted.

When Paris was younger, she trusted people in another way than she does today. Now she's shaken by events, such as being confronted by a knife-wiedling stalker in 2010 who tried to break into her house. "I don't trust many outside my family. I suspect they are after something from me", she said.

The heiress and reality star also revals she has full-time armed guards at her mansion today and lasers such as pressure-pad alarms.
