Kris Jenner most certainly pulled out the big guns for her talk show premiere. Kris posted a photo on Facebook, cuddling with a baby, with the caption "You never know who will stop by our show today #WatchKris".

If the baby would've been North West, the baby of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, it would've meant it was the first time we'd see her. But no, the whole thing was just fake, and the baby is owned by a hair and makeup person on the set.
