The onetime major league baseball star made the revelation on Wednesday in a series of bizarre tweets, many of which he later deleted. Police in Las Vegas have confirmed that that Canseco is a "person of interest" in an alleged sexual assault investigation, but the District Attorney in Clark County has
not formally filed charged against him as of now.
