Boston Bombing Suspect Still At Large As Watertown Reopens

Authorities held a press conference on April 19 about the Boston bombings that took place on April 15 and they said they are still looking for Dzhokhar Tsarnaev but they have lifted the lockdown on Watertown, Mass.
