Bait 3D – review

Sharks and a tsunami combine to lethal effect in this exciting seafront creature feature

Two surfers get lethally blooded on Queensland's Gold Coast before the opening credits. Then early in the next reel a supermarket on the promenade is swamped by a tsunami while two armed robberies, a murder and an arrest for shoplifting are in progress. If that isn't enough, two great white sharks are stranded and hungry in the half-submerged car park and storage room where a handful of survivors are clinging to the wreckage. Bait is fairly exciting, ingenious, well designed, and is perhaps a clever advertisement for online grocery shopping.
