pregnant royal has been tight-lipped about her baby's gender, but may have dropped a major hint on Tuesday while visiting the National Fishing Heritage Centre in Grimsby, England.
According to local reports, after a local named
Diane Burton presented the Duchess with a white teddy bear, Middleton responded, "Thank you, I'll take that for my d--" before cutting herself off.
