This 3D celebration of the life of the gay, alcoholic, comic surrealist and doctor Graham Chapman (who died of throat cancer in 1989) is a ragbag of songs, sketches and extracts from Chapman's unreliable memoirs, illustrated in a variety of styles by 14 teams of animators. It's a hit-and-miss affair, never particularly funny, but rarely conventional, with vocal contributions from all the other Pythons except Eric Idle. The biggest laughs are raised by John Cleese during his speech at Chapman's memorial service.
