We have to hand it to the Twi-hards here!
Yes, they may have nervous breakdowns over fictional characters who sparkle and brood, but last night, they came to the rescue of our beloved Robert Pattinson when faced with the discomfort of having to discuss his ex-girlfriend Kristen Stewart cheating on him last month!
That's right, the Twilight actor was giving an interview, in promotion of his new film Cosmopolis, for Times Talks, when interviewer David Carr attempted to compare what he is currently going through to the drama of Prince Charles and Diana's public split!
But R-Patz could barely even get out a "I wouldn't go that far" when the audience of his fans began booing loudly, and one even screamed what everyone was thinking:
"Next question!"
LOLz! AH-mazing!
And so, SO thoughtful!
Obviously, Rob is dealing with quite a bit right now and we imagine he must be SO appreciative that at least the fan community is respecting his need for privacy while he sorts out these personal issues!
We just wonder they'll have the same compassion when KStew starts showing her face in public again?!
