Britney Spears Talks About About X Factor: "I’m A Fair Judge"

The new X Factor judges are currently traveling around the country, in searching for talented singers for the competition's second season. Britney Spears has taken her role seriously and makes every effort to be an exemplary judge and tries to be both honest and gentle. The 30-year-old told reporters during the show’s San Francisco: "I’m a fair judge. Sometimes it’s hard because I know what they’ve been through, and being so young and [wanting to achieve] their dreams.”

She doesn't consider that she's the toughest judge at all, but she had a few words about her co-worker Simon Cowell... Check out the video below to find out!
