Naples braces for flooding after heavy rains (AP)

Cars, some overturned, that were swept into a pile by Friday's torrential rains are seen on a street in Genoa, Italy Saturday, Nov. 5, 2011. Italy's Premier Silvio Berlusconi says improper construction in flood plains was partly to blame for devastating floods that have killed at least six people in the port city of Genoa. Torrential rains lashing Genoa and Italy's western coast on Friday triggered flash floods that broke the banks of at least two rivers.
